Question RECEVING DELIVERY (SIGN)
AnswerIt is mandatory that all packages (Parcels) sent to our customers, are singed for, in order for us to be informed that the customer have received their purchased items. Should our customer miss their scheduled delivery under any circumstance, a second delivery will be attempted. Should the attempted delivery be unsuccessfully the delivery courier will arrange for the parcel to be sent back to us. This could lead to an automatic refund by SAFYRE LONDON.
Question EXCHANGED ITEM PROCESS:
AnswerCustomers requesting an exchange should fill in a return form in order to select the size that will be sent back. However, customer should be aware that exchanged items can only be exchange for the same product in different size in a saleable condition. Customers are responsible for their own shipping/postage cost to us, but the returned item shipped by us to our customers, cost will be covered.

Question HOW ARE ITEMS REFUNDED?
- Please note that items purchased on SAFYRE LONDON website that requests a refund, should be returned within 14 days in a saleable condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns outside the 14 days of purchase as the will be sent back to sender. To find out more about refund and purchases policy please refer to the company’s policy page.
Question WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE REFUNDS?
- Refund process takes about 3-5 workings days ones returned items are received. However, some card providers may take up to 10 working for funds to appear back in customers bank account.
